WHAT IS TOW
TRENTINO O WEEK (TOW) is a major annual multi-day orienteering event, supported by the Trentino orienteering community, starting with the Trentino Orientale.
The first edition will take place in Primiero and will be an evolution of the PRIMIERO O WEEK, a biennial event that has already enjoyed three successful editions.
Following the Junior World Orienteering Championships organised in Trentino in Summer 2025 (www.jwoc2025.it), the idea arose to join forces for a major event organised in different parts of Trentino each time.
It will kick off in July 2027 in the Dolomites around San Martino di Castrozza, whilst the 2028 edition will take place in the spectacular forests and pastures of the Cimbri Plateaus.
COMPETITION
A sporting event for top-level competitors, for all enthusiasts of our sport, and for those who simply wish to try their hand at it in a spectacular natural setting such as the Dolomites or Trentino.
The first edition consists of five different races, one per day, each in a different and picturesque location within our region. Four Forest races will be organised, culminating in a grand finale with the Urban race. Altitude of each stage is from 650 to 2.500 meters
